Refund policy

We have a 15-day return policy, which means you have 15 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To start a return, you can contact us at everything@stonedaisy.co.uk. Please note that returns must be sent to the following address: Stone Daisy Brewery, The Old Carpenters Workshop, Berwick St. Leonard, Salisbury, Wiltshire SP3 5SN.

Refunds & Replacements 

Damaged Orders

If any of our deliveries arrive damaged, please contact us at everything@stonedaisy.co.uk with photos of the damage and we will happily send a replacement or issue a refund.

Unwanted Orders

We take hygiene and safety seriously with our brewing process, and as such we’re unable to re-sell any returned deliveries to future customers. We are therefore unable to offer refunds for orders that are no longer wanted or make exchanges.
