Purchases are strictly for over 18’s only. By placing an order, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old.

Shipping

Shipping is to UK mainland only using our standard 48-hour Royal Mail courier service. We aim to have your order processed and delivered within 2 working days. During peak times this may be slightly delayed.

For special deliveries please contact us and we will try to help.

Pricing

All prices are inclusive of VAT and packaging unless otherwise stated.  A carriage cost is provided at check out and is included in the overall purchase price. 

Confirmation of order

You will be sent a digital email receipt to confirm that your credit card payment has been taken and that your order is being processed.

Cancellation

If you wish to cancel your order, please contact our customer care department by email on everything@stonedaisy.co.uk.

Returns

Should you not be satisfied with your purchase once you have received it, please contact our customer care department by email on everything@stonedaisy.co.uk. Should you receive an order that is damaged we can refund the amount in full to your credit card or arrange for a replacement order to be sent.
