Our Best Bitter is Snail Creep Hanging (4.2% ABV), a traditional beer style where the sweetness of the darker malts in the mash is balanced by bitterness from some of the hops during the boil in the copper.  Colour is amber, aroma is sweet and floral, taste is bitter with floral and toffee notes.
